照片识别在设备上完成收藏，从这里开始
如何添加第一位伙伴？
打开 App，建立自己的收藏，或先查看示例收藏。选择添加，拍照或从照片中选取图片，再确认合适的 Emoji。也可以直接手动选择。填写名字、来源和故事后保存。同一种 Emoji 可以记录多只玩偶，每只都有独立档案。
识别结果不够准确怎么办？
拍照录入提供候选 Emoji，由你作最终选择。特殊造型或混合动物可能需要手动调整。尝试使用光线清晰、主体完整的照片；也可以直接搜索或选择图鉴条目。照片识别不会发送至第三方 AI 服务。
会员与购买
免费版和 Plus 有什么区别？
免费版可记录 20 位伙伴。Plus 解锁无限记录与可选的 iCloud 同步。月度、年度订阅与一次购买的终身会员提供相同权益。实际价格以 App 内 Apple 购买页面为准。
如何恢复购买或取消订阅？
在设置中打开 Emozoo Plus，选择恢复购买，并确认 Apple 账号与购买时一致。月度和年度订阅自动续费；可从会员页的管理订阅入口，或 iOS 设置 → Apple 账号 → 订阅中取消。终身会员为一次购买。取消或到期后，已有收藏仍可查看和编辑。
同步与数据
如何使用 iCloud 同步？
Plus 会员可在设置中启用同步。设备需登录同一个 iCloud 账号，有可用网络和足够的 iCloud 空间。照片可选择完整尺寸或压缩模式；同步使用你自己的私人 iCloud 空间。
同步暂时没有完成怎么办？
检查网络、iCloud 登录和剩余空间，确认各设备都已打开同步，再查看 App 内的同步状态。同步未完成时请保留原设备上的 App 和收藏，避免卸载导致尚未同步的本地记录丢失。
删除记录会影响其他设备吗？
启用同步后，删除会同步到其他设备。关闭同步不会删除已有数据。删除前请确认对应的伙伴记录。App 无需创建独立账号。
Your companions, safely kept.
Add a photo, confirm an Emoji, and save your companion’s name, origin and story. Each plush has its own record, even when several share an Emoji. Recognition happens on your device; you can always choose manually.
Plus and purchases
Record 20 companions for free. Monthly, annual and lifetime Plus plans unlock unlimited records and optional iCloud sync. Prices are shown in the app. Restore purchases from Settings → Emozoo Plus using the original Apple Account. Manage or cancel recurring subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Existing records remain viewable and editable when membership expires.
iCloud and troubleshooting
Use the same iCloud account on each device, enable sync, and check your network and storage. Sync uses your private iCloud space. Keep the original installation until your records finish syncing. With sync enabled, deletions also sync across devices. Turning sync off does not delete existing data.
