Emozoo 隐私政策

1. 本地收藏与照片识别
Emozoo 无需注册账号。你添加的照片、玩偶名称、来源、赠送者和故事等收藏资料保存在设备上。相机和照片权限仅用于你主动添加或选择照片的操作。照片识别在设备上完成，不会将图片发送给第三方 AI 服务。
2. 可选的 iCloud 同步
当你启用 iCloud 同步时，收藏资料和照片会传输并保存在你自己的私人 iCloud 数据库中，用于在登录同一 iCloud 账号的设备间同步。同步占用你的 iCloud 储存空间。Emozoo 开发者无法通过管理后台浏览你的私人收藏内容。iCloud 服务同时适用 Apple 的隐私政策和服务条款。
3. 购买与会员
购买和订阅由 Apple 处理。App 使用 Apple 提供的购买状态，在设备上验证和解锁会员权益。我们不获取你的银行卡或其他付款资料，也没有自行运营的会员账户或收据服务器。
4. 广告、追踪与分析
Emozoo 不展示广告，不进行跨 App 追踪，不集成第三方使用分析工具，也不出售收藏数据。你根据系统设置向 Apple 共享的诊断信息由 Apple 的相关政策管理。
5. 管理与删除资料
你可以在 App 中编辑或删除收藏。开启同步时，删除会同步到其他设备。关闭同步不会删除已有数据。你可通过 iOS 设置管理相机、照片和 iCloud 权限。在确认同步完成前，请不要卸载唯一保存收藏的 App。卸载可能移除本地资料，但不会自动删除已保存至 iCloud 的资料。

Local data and photo recognition
No Emozoo account is required. Photos, companion names, origins, gift information and stories are stored on your device. Camera and photo access are used when you choose to add photos. Recognition runs on your device; images are not sent to third-party AI services.
Optional iCloud sync
When enabled, collection records and photos are transmitted to and stored in your private iCloud database to sync devices using the same iCloud account. This uses your iCloud storage. Emozoo’s developer cannot browse your private collection through an administration dashboard. Apple’s privacy policy and service terms also apply to iCloud.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. The app verifies purchase status on your device to unlock membership. We do not obtain payment-card details and do not operate a separate membership-account or receipt server.
Ads and analytics
Emozoo has no ads, cross-app tracking or third-party usage analytics. We do not sell collection data. Diagnostics you choose to share with Apple through system settings are governed by Apple’s policies.
Your controls
Edit or delete records in the app. With sync enabled, deletions sync to other devices. Turning sync off does not delete existing data. Manage permissions through iOS Settings. Uninstalling may remove local records and does not automatically remove data already saved in iCloud. Keep your original installation until sync has completed.
